George Joseph Gigliotta, age 77 of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in Beaumont, Texas. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Monday, March 30, 2015.
George was born in Port Arthur, Texas on March 17, 1938 to the late Joseph Gigliotta and Jennie Grace Mondella Gigliotta. He served in the United States Army Reserves and was a CPA. He also owned Bevil Oaks Grocery with his wife...

George was born in Port Arthur, Texas on March 17, 1938 to the late Joseph Gigliotta and Jennie Grace Mondella Gigliotta. He served in the United States Army Reserves and was a CPA. He also owned Bevil Oaks Grocery with his wife Geneva. He enjoyed wood working and building things for his grandchildren. He always loved the opportunity to be "The Handy Man" around the house and especially mowing his yard with his riding lawn mower that he was so partial to.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Annette Parigi and brother-in-law Sam V. Parigi.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Geneva Gigliotta of Beaumont, Texas, daughter Lisa DeRouen and her husband Ricky of Beaumont, Texas and step-daughter Rhonda Springer and her husband Jimmie of Texarkana, Arkansas. Two brothers, Danny Gigliotta and his wife Carla of Beaumont, Texas and John Gigliotta and his wife Theresa of Lumberton, Texas. Four grandchildren; Christy Coffman, Michael Davis, Lauren Strahan and her husband David and Melissa Bryant and her husband Matt. As well as twelve great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will; John Gigliotta, Joe Gigliotta, Danny Gigliotta, Jr., Daniel Lohman, Jacob Lohman, Josh Lohman, and David Strahan.
