Ricky Edward Lambert passed from this life on January 8, 2018, after a battle with cancer.

He was born on February 20, 1964 in Lebanon, Tennessee to Charles E. Lambert and Faye Shoemake. He later attended the University of Tennessee where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. Ricky worked for the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resource Conservation Service as a soil scientist, first in North Dakota then in Texas.

Ricky had the honorary title of Colonel Aide De Camp, Governor's Staff, State of Tennessee given to him...

He was born on February 20, 1964 in Lebanon, Tennessee to Charles E. Lambert and Faye Shoemake. He later attended the University of Tennessee where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. Ricky worked for the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resource Conservation Service as a soil scientist, first in North Dakota then in Texas.

Ricky had the honorary title of Colonel Aide De Camp, Governor's Staff, State of Tennessee given to him by State Representative Joe Bell.

Preceding Ricky in death is his parents, Charles and Mary Lambert, and Wilson and Faye Brown.

He is survived by his loving wife Sharon Diane Lambert, daughter Amy D. Lambert; siblings Charlie Lambert and his wife, Gina, Scotty Lambert, Sharon McCormick Coker and her husband Jerry, Tracy Lambert and other family.

A Celebration of Ricky's Life will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas, on Tuesday, January 16 at 2:00 pm, officiated by Reverend Robert Besser.

Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas, on Monday, January 15, from 5:00-7:00.
